    Deposits & Payments

$100 deposit is required to secure your place in a ski camp.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the camp is cancelled by Jack’s Ski Club.

The remaining balance must be paid by the stated payment deadline prior to the start of the camp, lesson, or trip.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

If Jack’s Ski Club cancels a camp for any reason, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.

Discounted Early Bird pricing is only valid when the full camp balance is paid before the Early Bird deadline.

Payments made after the deadline will be charged at the standard camp price.

Jack’s Ski Club reserves the right to amend the Early Bird deadline if another booking enquiry conflicts with a reserved spot. In this situation we will attempt to contact you to secure the remaining payment.

If payment is not received, we reserve the right to release the reservation.

If a participant cancels a booking, refunds will be issued as follows:

30 days or more prior to the first day of camp:
